NHL is proud to welcome back ANNA PIERCE! That's right Anna has returned to the family! Anna Pierce previously worked for Niagara Helicopters for over 20 years at the Director of Sales & Marketing and left 3 years ago to lead Niagara Falls Tourism as the Executive Director.

News Niagara Helicopters is proud and excited to announce that our company has been acquired by Helicopter Transport Services Canada. The two companies are united by a common business culture and by combining resources Niagara Helicopters will now be leading the helicopter sightseeing industry with an array of additional support and expertise at our disposal. Ruedi Hafen will stay onboard as our VP of Public Relations. In addition, he will continue doing what he does far better than anyone we know - flying helicopters! The rest of the team will also remain onboard and we will continue with business as usual - providing the highest, longest, absolutely most spectacular view of Niagara Falls! Niagara Helicopters is concerned about helicopter noise especially over noise sensitive areas and therefore commits itself to flying neighborly. When sound became an issue with neighbors, former Owner/current VP Public Relations Ruedi Hafen worked tirelessly with Bell Helicopter to develop the “Quiet Mode”, a modification for the 407 that slows the rotor in flight reducing the decibel footprint substantially. Blade flapping, tail rotor noise and engine noise are well below noise levels established by the federally regulated Transport Canada and once altitude is reached the state-of-the-art Bell 407’s rotor system goes into quiet mode.
