As Regional Coordinator for the Company, Gerry brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role. She has spent her entire working career in the real estate services business and has been with NewWest Enterprise and it's predecessor companies for over 20 years. Gerry's background includes providing administrative support to residential and commercial property management, real estate sales and leasing transactions, and corporate requirements.

Ron Fiell has over 17 years experience in property and facility management as well as project and construction management. Most recently Ron oversaw the completion of $4 million of tenant build-out in a high profile Calgary property. Over the years he has specialized in the operational turnaround of distressed and under-managed shopping centres, including the multi-million dollar renovation and redevelopment of a community shopping centre in Calgary.

Cathy has been with NewWest Enteprise and its predecessor company since 2000 in Alberta, and British Columbia. She has been active in the real estate industry since 1984 and has an in-depth knowledge with respect to all aspects of property management relating to Office, Retail (strip, enclosed & power centre) and Industrial real estate. Over the past two years, she became involved with two high-profile developments in the construction and pre-occupancy phase. As part of this she set up the properties initial budgets, maintenance contracts, staffing and coordinated Tenant/ Owner move-ins.
