Presented in over 50 countries, and now in its 17th year in Canada, Entrepreneur Of The Year is the world's most prestigious business award for entrepreneurs. May, 2010 Newgen Real Estate Development Incorporated signed a 99 year land lease agreement for a condo development with SFU Trust. The condo development will try to incorporate as much affordable energy saving technologies as possible. The target timing to presell condo is the fall of 2010. May, 2010 Soon Kim is nominated to be a director for Transglobe Internet and Telecom Company, Limited (Transglobe). The official appointment will be made at the Annual General Meeting on May 28, 2010.
