Summary: The Maintenance Supervisor is a highly skilled individual who plays a key role in efficiently and effectively maintaining the equipment and environment in our production facility in Clavet. He / she is able to implement and manage plant maintenance programs based on industry best practices and Company standards. This individual places an emphasis on planning /scheduling and preventive / predictive maintenance which effectively minimizes unplanned production facility down time.
Jim is the Poultry Nutritionist at New-Life Mills. He has more than 25 years of experience providing technical services and research solutions to the feed industry in Canada. After graduating from the University of Guelph, Jim worked in the Poultry/Feed Industry before returning to graduate school. Jim then completed a Master of Science in Animal Science at the University of Arkansas, and a doctoral program in Poultry Nutrition at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
