The Story Behind the Scent Legendary for award-winning and original home fragrances, Laura Slatkin and her husband spent many years working with the world’s most acclaimed perfumers to create a distinctive collection of scented candles, home fragrance, bath, body and hair products that all met the highest standards of performance and scent perfection. The business grew to include licenses and a private label division that represented major beauty brands. In 2005, they sold their home fragrance business to a Fortune 500 retail company, which was the catalyst for Laura to found NEST Fragrances (the Company), a specialized home fragrance manufacturing.

Founded in 1886, Thibaut is the oldest continuously operating wallpaper company in the United States.
