Since the order was being shipped by the manufacturer, I was still paranoid about the whole thing! I sent another e-mail, asking him to check with the manufacturer to be sure they had shipped the aluminum item, and not the plastic one. I got an very quick response, assuring me that the manufacturer had sent me the one wanted.

To offer the lowest possible prices, many of our products are shipped direct from the manufacturer. Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery for most items. During peak seasons some items might take longer. Also, some larger items require a longer delivery time. If faster delivery is desired please contact our customer service department. We can arrange expedited delivery for an additional charge.
