Located in a 50,000 sq. ft facility in Etobicoke Ontario with 125 employees, Nanowave Technologies is a vertically integrated Canadian high tech design and manufacturing company specializing in RF and microwave components and subsystems with emphasis on the Aerospace and Defense sectors. We design and manufacture complex microwave multi-functional modules (MFMs) and carry out vertical manufacturing from Thin Film Circuits through to automated hybrid assembly, testing and hermetic packaging of aircraft and EW electronics. Nanowave Technologies conforms to both Military and International standards including DO-160, ISO-9001-2000 and AS-9100 and is a Qualified Supplier to many of North America’s and Europe’s major commercial and defense avionics OEMs.

Nanowave’s extensive background and expertise in the design and manufacture of a diverse array of RF, Microwave and Millimeter-wave components and subsystems for a variety of terrestrial and aerospace applications makes us a virtual "One Stop Spectrum Shop" from L through to Ka Bands and beyond. Our products are currently being used in a variety of applications including: Terrestrial, Terrain Following/Avoidance and Weather radars, Terrestrial and Airborne (INMARSAT) Satcom terminals, Terrestrial and Airborne communications systems, and Airborne Electronic Warfare systems.
