Warranty Policy: Some items are only warrantied through the manufacturer after 14 days, MysteryByte warranties most products for 1 year from sticker date. Please use the MB white reference sticker date code found on most parts for warranty, the warranty ends 1 year from sticker date. All warranties are honoured in-store and shipping expenses to MysteryByte for warranty purposes are the responsibility of the customer. Warranty is voided on physically damaged products such as; bent cpu or mainboard pins, burnt ram goldfingers and mainboard trace scratches.
