Myco Essentials is proud to provide 100% organic medicinal mushroom supplements which are exclusively made in Canada. All of our product ingredients are from Canada and we manufacture with the highest quality standards.

Pure culture grown mycelium is “never” exposed to the open, nonsterile atmosphere, so undesirable agents such as insects, molds, and bacteria do not present a problem. Unlike some mushroom growers, our products are never exposed to pesticides/insecticides or other agents used in the mushroom industry to control mold growth. Because we produce our product in small batches, if the occasional culture develops a contaminant, it is simply discarded and never enters the final product. All our mycelial products are cultivated with the same attention to detail.

A considerable number of people have asked if we use bisphenol-A free containers to cultivate our products, particularly in light of the recent recall of water bottles and children’s baby bottles. Myco Essentials made a decision early in the development of the company to exclusively produce our mycelial products in food grade glass jars and not plastic! This decision effectively eliminates the potential of chemicals, present in plastic containers from leaching into the cultured product.
