Mr Stereo

Mr. Stereo was incorporated in 1975. Before its incorporation the company operated under the name “Mr. Auto Radio". Under the direction of Carl H. Sattler and Associates Mr. Stereo began selling automotive radios, quickly embracing the tape medium of the time, the eight track. Soon home audio was brought on board and Mr. Stereo was able to boast being Kitchener Waterloo's oldest hi-fi Shop. In the early eighties Don Wiens, an employee who started at Mr. Stereo in September 1975 as a car audio installer, purchased the company. Televisions, VCR's and camcorders soon followed to round our consumer electronics offerings. Our latest division Custom Home Electronics was started in 1990, wiring homes during the construction stage for audio. This division has grown to the point of offering the consumer leading edge multi room, multi source control of their audio and video sources through out their home. Monitoring of key areas in the house via cameras can easily be incorporated into the simplest of systems available on any TV in the home at the touch of a button.

Any way the company turns our original market, Car Audio, is still our largest sales division. We provide and install simple AM FM cassette or CD packages to competition grade state of the art systems.
