Our trained engineers and technicians are able to travel where ever needed to provide vast services on your gearboxes. We have been agile in developing new services and methods based on decades of expertise in the wind service business, based on our 35 years of experience in wind gearbox manufacturing.

The Moventas product portfolio is the result of proven technology including modular components for all drivetrain solutions. Moventas planetary gear consists of our special knowhow of e.g. integrated bearings, case hardened ring wheels and Flexspider technology. Our product concepts are based on approved methods of regulatory agencies.

The last phase in product development process is very detailed prototype test run. The Moventas design is always verified by type testing in our production facilities. Tests are conducted to improve product reliability, but also to comply with ever stricter demands from today’s wind turbine manufactures and regulatory agencies. A massive amount of testing results are compared with the simulation results, which enables even more accurate simulations.

With our worldwide manufacturing and service network, we provide support throughout the entire lifecycle of your machinery, from new product installations to analyzes, condition monitoring, maintenance, repairs, spare parts, replacement gears and modernizations.
