Community Acupuncture is a unique method of delivering acupuncture which is convenient, professional and affordable. We treat up to 8 people in our clinic using comfy recliner chairs in a quite comforting treatment room. The patients do not have to get undressed as point are used on the limbs, scalp and ears. We have more than 35 years of combined experience and have given more than 35,000 treatments over the past 7 years, making us some of the most experienced acupuncturists in Victoria!

The Mothering Touch Centre is an owner-operated, family-run enterprise. Our mission is to provide support, classes and information to new and expectant parents.

Renée teaches Toddler Yoga and Mom and Baby Yoga classes. She has an undergraduate degree from UVIC in Child and Youth Care is working on a Masters in Disability Management. Renée’s last fifteen years of work experience have been about supporting families at every stage of life, from working with young children and youth to adults with unique needs. She is passionate about the meaning of truly inclusive yoga for every body. Renée is mother to Ezra (2 1/2) and Arya (16 months). When she is relaxing she can be found in her garden with her children grazing nearby.

Areli has a special interest in assisting clients to develop and maintain a healthy relationship with food and has a passion for working with women with fertility issues as they work toward their family goals.
