Kelly has held senior management positions with many of Calgary's leading agencies including WAX, McLaren McCann, Highwood and Parallel Strategies. On the corporate side she worked for Xerox Canada and also ran her own consulting business for many years.

Leah has worked with industry and government leaders, helping them achieve their business goals through the development and implementation of public relations, communications, relationship building, event management and government relations strategies.

Kelly is widely known for her attention to detail, risk management and production savvy, coupled with a solid reputation for keeping projects on track and within budget. She has managed cross-functional teams and graphic art studios and built a vast supplier network to ensure each project meets completion with the highest quality and optimal results. An integral part of Mosaic's team, Kelly is innovative and solutions-focused with an appetite for knowledge and evolving industry technologies.
