Shael is responsible for managing solar projects from the preliminary design stage through commissioning and commercial operation. Throughout this process, he liaises closely with EPC firms, local utilities, building owners, and engineers. Shael has several years of experience working in the Ontario PV industry, primarily on small FIT and microFIT projects. He brings a keen eye for photovoltaic design and has ample experience with on-site and remote analysis tools.
