Monteris Medical, Inc. ® was founded in 1999 with the mission to create new technology that when used by neurosurgeons, can allow them to ablate brain lesions and tumors that may be difficult to treat by traditional means. Monteris is focused on providing innovative MRI-guided tools and solutions for neurosurgeons who are treating diseases of the brain. By combining the imaging power of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), advanced navigation software and Laser Interstitial Thermal Therapy (LITT), Monteris has created an ablative device to reach virtually any area of the brain.

Dan Cole serves as a General Partner of Spray Venture Partners, which he founded in 1996 and a Venture Partner of Oxford Bioscience which he joined in 2009. Dan brings twenty years of medical device operational experience and has served on the Boards of 23 med-tech companies. Prior to joining Spray, Dan served as Senior Vice President and Group President of Boston Scientific Corporation's vascular business, a $1.2 billion group including SCIMED (cardiology), Medi-tech (radiology), Meadox (vascular surgery), and EP Technologies (electrophysiology).

Rob Davidson is the Vice President of Finance and CFO for Monteris Medical. Rob has more than 30 years of relevant work experience in medical device, drug development and diagnostics companies and a variety of other manufacturing and service industries. Over the 10-year period prior to joining Monteris, Mr. Davidson was the Chief Financial Officer for Intelligent Hospital Systems Inc. and IMRIS Inc., and was the CFO of a Venture Capital Fund.

Ty Atteberry has over 16 years of progressive experience in the medical device market. Ty started his career working for KOL Biomedical, spent 10 years with Medtronic Neuromodulation in various management capacities before serving as Vice President, Sales with IMRIS. Ty led the sales force at IMRIS for three years before joining Monteris. Ty enjoys the challenge of bringing new therapies to the medical device sector. He has helped build markets for disposable devices, neurological implants, and high-end capital equipment.
