CRAs are recruited from the clinical research and healthcare sectors to provide a broad range of expertise. Their years of educational and work experience are complemented with ongoing training. Moncoa offers a full range of management services from protocol design to study closeout. Moncoa's Project Managers have a high level of expertise with a focus on the specific needs of each sponsor. Project Managers hold a degree in the life sciences or have an RN designation in addition to having at least five years experience in clinical trials research.
