Come calm your body and focus your mind before you get your sweat on! Join our teacher, Ian, every Tuesday from 5:30pm-6pm in our Shiva studio, as he shares basic meditation techniques and leads the group in a mindfulness meditation practice. A typical meeting will involve learning a meditation technique and then the chance to work with that technique during seated meditation. Please bring a meditation cushion, a yoga mat, or folded towels to sit on. There will be a bench provided for those who cannot or do not want to sit on the floor.
