Michitsch Systems has a long history of experience with Crystal Reports™, having used the product since version 3.0. Company President Cathy Michitsch has been teaching Crystal Reports for over 15 years and is a CRCP (Certified Crystal Reports Professional), attaining that certification in 2005.

We have experience in designing systems in Raiser’s Edge, documenting the new configuration, developing many different Crystal Reports and training your staff on how to use this new system. All to get more out of Raiser’s Edge. We have found that many users of Raiser’s Edge only use a very small percentage of the power of Raiser’s Edge. We help you use far more than the basic core functionality!

First 7 years of her career she spent at Manulife Financial both at Head Office and in a top end branch. Received her FLMI, Life Insurance and Disabilities Agent licenses to be on the top branches management team and was completing her Charter Life Underwriter’s designation when she left Manulife. Spent time at Manulife as a software developer, then and I.T. Manager but became very interested in charities and how they related to life insurance.

Michitsch Systems Inc. also provided on site training for our staff to meet our particular needs. They set up a number of custom Crystal Reports which we have found to be very useful.

Over the years she has worked with many high-profile non-profit organizations throughout North America, such as the, BCSPCA, the Vancouver Aquarium, Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, Surrey Memorial Hospital Foundation, Peace Arch Hospital Foundation, Royal Columbian Hospital Foundation and VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation to name a few.
