The Michael Gibson Gallery, established 1984, is experienced in writing professional fine-art appraisals for insurance, estate planning or donation purposes. The gallery is a member in good standing of the Art Dealers Association of Canada (ADAC) and has extensive experience in appraising contemporary and historical International and Canadian art. Associate Director, Jennie Kraehling , is a professionally trained appraiser and a member of the International Society of Appraisers (ISA).
Professor Ross Woodman is Professor-Emeritus at the University of Western Ontario. He is the author of The Apocalyptic Vision in the Poetry of Shelley and Sanity, Madness, Transformation: The Psyche in Romanticism both published by the University of Toronto Press and a forthcoming further volume Revelation and Knowledge. He has, in addition, published a book on the London poet and playwright, James Reaney, a Coach House Press interview with Jack Chambers as well as numerous other books and articles on contemporary art.
