About
The company was formed in October of 1998. Since its inception the office has become fully automated and accessible via web page, e-mail, and a direct line. Work is completed in a variety of formats ranging from full narratives to standard automated form reports (CRAL), all within the guidelines set out by the Appraisal Institute of Canada. The client base consists of a mix of lending institutions, relocation companies, private individuals and professionals.
With over 20 years in the industry I have obtained a strong working knowledge of many facets of the industry, including related areas of real estate, mortgage finance, municipal planning and zoning methodologies, tax assessment, land registration and expropriations. My work has included acting as a professional witness in a court of law for civil matters and before a board of arbitration for expropriation purposes.
