Melchers Construction Limited was established in January 1987 by Ted Melchers and was joined by Chris Melchers in 2004. In addition to Ted and Chris we have a staff of 25 people whose attitude and work ethic reflect our own. We have a designer on staff which allows us to provide an enhanced level of service to our customers. Many people have difficulty envisioning how paper plans will look in reality and it is very helpful to be able to view their renovation, new build or changes to their project in 3D format.

We’re committed to quality work and exceptional customer service which begins from the moment you contact us about your renovation or new construction. Both Ted and Chris have extensive experience in residential and commercial construction and would be happy to discuss your project with you.

Melchers Construction has extensive experience in new construction, including many custom homes as well as “Applegate Walk” a one floor attached condominium development in Lambeth.
