Medionics, founded in 1976, specializes in the design, development and manufacturing of peritoneal dialysis equipment and accessories. Medionics is considered a world leader for its innovations and contributions to the field of peritoneal dialysis. Medionics has a 37,000 square foot facility located in
Markham, Ontario, Canada. Special facilities include a 4,000 square foot, class 10,000 clean rooms, and a R&D lab equipped with state of the art electronics and microprocessor development systems. Medionics has earned several national, state and local awards, including the 1987 Gold Medal in the Small Business
Category of the Canada Awards for Business Excellence.

Medionics researches, designs and manufactures peritoneal dialysis equipment for use in hospitals, clinics and the home environment. Medionics also manufactures disposable tubing supplies for peritoneal dialysis and custom manufacturing of disposable products.
