Mediflow is marketing its cervical pillow in Canada and the USA through pharmacies, home healthcare stores, rehab centres, clinics and chiropractic offices. The marketing strategy is based on the fact that the Mediflow Waterbase Pillow is the only cervical pillow on the market with independent published clinical proof of effectiveness. The product is positioned as a medical device for the treatment of neck pain and related headaches and a pillow that can improve quality of sleep. The product has been proven effective in clinical trials at John Hopkins School of
Medicine in Baltimore MD, USA, and also at Logan College of
Chiropractic in St. Louis MO, USA.

Mediflow has some distribution in Europe and the Asia Pacific regions. Mediflow is seeking established distributors that serve the health product channels in all markets outside Canada and the
USA to develop the market for its product. Potential distributors that serve the health product channels must have the capability to promote the product to healthcare practitioners to educate them about the proven effectiveness of the product, as well as access to medical product retailers to list the product.
