When you say Discharge Instructions are you talking about the pDoc discharge instructions or PDI that you provide your patient with (usually from another vendor)? ~ There are issues with both of them. ~ 1. {Here is an excerpt from our task regarding the pDoc discharge instructions} We are having an issue when printing the packet/sections. The Discharge Instructions includes the Care Team Members, Admitting Diagnosis, Allergies, Care Plan, Referrals. It is missing the Provider Instructions documented - Final Diagnosis, Diet, Activity, etc also, the Discharge Disclaimer is missing on the report.
The Joubert Syndrome and Related Disorders Foundation was founded in 1992 by three mothers concerned about their children's futures. It has grown from its small, kitchen table roots to an international organization with non-profit status that supports over 900 families affected by JSRDs.
