Mr. Ors has over ten years of experience in business development, intellectual property, and licensing in biotechnology. He joined Medicago in 2001 as Project Manager in Technology Transfer, following that he was named Business Development Director and was then appointed Vice-President Business Development. In addition to business development activities, he is also responsible for Medicago’s intellectual property and licensing activities.

Mr. Wanner serves as Medicago's Executive Vice President of Operations and leads the Company's U.S. operations and global operating strategies. He was previously President and CEO of Abeome, a biotechnology company developing therapeutic and diagnostic monoclonal antibodies. Mr. Wanner served for over 11 years as CFO for Merial and Rhone Merieux, Inc. (RMI), one of the world's leading animal health companies, where he was involved in the construction and management of a large scale vaccine production facility in the U.S.

Mr. Labbé is Vice-President, Chief Financial Officer and secretary of Medicago Inc., a position he returned to in May 2008. He was Vice-President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Medicago Inc. from July 2004 to May 2007. He was previously Chief Financial Officer of Plexmar Resources Inc. Another important advantage of VLPs is that they more effectively activate key aspects of the immune response to achieve potent immune stimulation and to provide immunological memory. VLP-based vaccines have also shown to provide protection against different strains of a virus other than those for which the vaccine was formulated. Mrs. Landry earned a Master of Science in microbiology-immunology in 1989 and an MBA in 1997, both from Laval University. She has more than 17 years of experience in the biotechnology industry. Prior to joining Medicago, she worked in a biotech company developing and producing anticancer compounds where she held various positions such as scientist, Intellectual Property manager and Director of Operations. She joined Medicago in 2000 as Director of Strategic Development managing business development activities and intellectual property.
