Jennifer Ford is the bookkeeper for several small companies associated with the Meadowlands Development Corporation and an integral part of the administrative team. Jennifer has worked with a wide variety of companies in a multitude of business sectors, handling all aspects of the financial preparation process. In her spare time Jennifer keeps busy running a household with two very active teen girls.

Curtis Presber joined Meadowlands Development Corporation in 2011 as Chief of Finance and Operations. Prior to Meadowlands, Curtis spent the better part of a decade working with a group of entrepreneurs to build a small local oil and gas service company into a thriving company with many locations through the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. There he served as Finance Manager and Controller. Before his private company work, Curtis also spent many years in the public finance industry.

The Meadowlands Development Corporation traces its roots to 1949 when our founder, Paul Stober, and his brother Al Stober built their first home in Medicine Hat. That home on 11 th Street S.E. stands today as a testimony to the quality that is built into every one of our products. Our history is filled with creating vibrant, well-designed communities where you can reside peacefully.
