Cheryll suggested that the space be subdivided into smaller spaces to be rented, and Business Services Unlimited would provide clerical & bookkeeping services to the Lessors. This proved, while not always easy, to be a successful endeavor for both the client… in renting smaller amounts of space… but also for by BSU providing necessary services.
