All returns must be pre-authorized, in an unused and unworn state, include the original invoice or receipt, and original manufacturers packaging. Unauthorized returns are not subject to refund. All kilt-hose are considered final sale and non-returnable due to government health regulations. Products that are authorized for return are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Return shipping is the responsibility of the sender. All bagpipe purchases and kilt purchases are considered custom orders and are non-refundable , however defects will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturers discretion".
