Community Partners in Culture (a Reader Rewards program) McNally Robinson Booksellers partners with arts and cultural groups to help promote subscription and membership sales. As a bonus for subscribing or joining, arts patrons receive a discounted Reader Reward Card membership. Reader Reward Cards provide a 10% discount on books, gifts, CDs and DVDs and restaurant food. The cards sell for $25. In the Partners in Culture program, arts groups offer the Reader Reward Card to new or renewing subscribers or members for only $10. Arts subscribers and members are usually readers, making this a well-targeted incentive.
