In 1966, Paul Mason founded a building supply company in Mississauga, which catered to the construction industry. Mason's Masonry began as an authorized dealer for Diamond Clay (later Canada Brick), Anglestone (later Arriscraft) and natural stone. The company soon established a stone cutting shop that fabricated Queenston limestone.
