The first milestone was that Markville Ford underwent a complete renovation and transformation. For months, our loyal customers showed their patience as over $2.0 million was invested to improve the customer experience – in sales, service and parts. We now have a dedicated, state-of-the-art vehicle delivery bay where our customers will take the delivery of their new car. Inside, away from the elements, our customers will be shown all of the features and benefits of their new Ford or Lincoln car or truck. We are also very proud of our “Service Drive Through Bay” – just pull up to the service door and it will automatically open. Drive on in, and one of our award-winning Service Advisors will be there to greet and assist you in English, Chinese, Greek or Italian. We also have a new customer lounge that features free wireless internet, and a Quick Lube bay to save time and provide you convenience for your regularly scheduled maintenance.
