We have extensive experience managing warehousing projects from site layout through startup. We carry out space planning requirements through to product planning. Mark Dean has worked on over 150 different projects in a wide variety of industries, both public and private. We carry out the following type of projects:

· staffing and equipment requirements analysis to meet volume throughputs;
· inventory analysis and slot sizing using computer analysis;

· site traffic flow, parking and building footprints;
· preliminary building layouts including column spacing, storage and work areas, docks, doors, battery charging, administrative and support facilities;
· detailed layout planning;
· identifying storage and mobile equipment alternatives, writing specifications, tendering and evaluating bids;
· product planning (preslot), numbering and labelling systems;
· slotting;
· equipment installation supervision or inspections; and
· relocation planning including products.

We also carry out process improvement projects in hospitals using lean healthcare tools and our storage systems design experience.
