Founded in 1996, Malachite Management Inc. is a privately owned association management company in Vancouver, British Columbia. Malachite provides full-service management to regional and international, medical and scientific associations. We employ a talented team of business professionals, many with scientific backgrounds and advanced business and communications degrees.

Ms. Minogue joined Malachite in 2011, bringing over twenty years of experience in association management experience, having served as Vice President of Marketing for the Texas Medical Association where she managed numerous activities, including association management services, affinity programs, practice management education, conferences and meetings, sales and marketing, graphics and leadership development. She served on the Board of Directors of the American Association of Medical Association Management for six years and served as AAMSE’s President from 2009-2010.

Malachite’s team has extensive experience in providing association management, conference management, fundraising and strategic planning to medical and scientific organizations.

Mr. Kool joined Malachite in 2005, bringing 15 years of experience in administrative, management and client-facing roles. He has a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry (Genetics and Molecular Biology, Honours) and a diploma in Applied Information Technology from ITI, Information Technology Institute. Mr. Kool manages all aspects of Malachite's information systems. He provides general support and oversight functions for Malachite’s clients.
