Mainetti, the world's leading manufacturer of garment hangers and a company who has been an established hanger manufacturer since 1961 had a vision to expand into the United States Market. In 2006 with this vision in mind Mainetti Group Announced an Agreement to Acquire A&E Products Group from Tyco International and Randy Hangers. Mainetti felt these acquisitions would Enhance service to customers throughout the United States.

The overriding principle of the Garment on Hanger programme is to provide the retailer with the platform to optimise transport and distribution efficiencies and maximise the selling opportunities by displaying garments in the most attractive and uniform manner. To support our customer's programmes many of our products are produced worldwide, as sourcing patterns often extend across the globe. Our highly trained sales teams provide guidance and support to assist customers to select the hanger that best suits its needs.
