In 2006, Gerry received Lawn and Landscape's Leadership Award sponsored by Bayer, John Deere, Toro and other Green Industry leaders. It is crucial to implement good systems for our employees to follow. Systems that work can be easily transferred from one employee to another. The value gained, from the combination of both timely and skilled labor, can then be passed on to the customer. Promoting leadership is a day to day process, which is reinforced through effectively dealing with everyday problems. This is accomplished by taking initiative, understanding responsibility, troubleshooting obstacles while providing exceptional results to the customer, and completing every job to the highest expectations.
