Description
Established in 1947, Mac's Oysters pioneered the oyster and clam industry in Western Canada. We grow oysters in Fanny Bay, Buckley Bay, Denman Island, in Baynes Sound. Manila clam, tapes philipinarum, and crassostreas gigas are the Latin names of the species we grow.
