M&O has been providing construction services in Saskatchewan since 1979. Our long-standing involvement in the local community and work on countless projects has given us unparalled experience that our customers count on every day!

The City of Regina and many surrounding areas feature clay or “gumbo” soil which easily absorbs water and contracts and expands, causing structures and foundations to shift with the changing seasons. M & O Construction was founded in 1979 in Regina, Saskatchewan. Over the last few decades we have developed a strong team of over 30 individuals that have a wealth of knowledge in all types of concrete work.
