MPM Engineering Ltd. is a recognized leader in Log Optimization and control of machinery used in the Log Bucking and Primary
Breakdown Process. We use a "True-Shape" 3-D image of logs
(and/or a 2-D profile image) to perform a real-time product fit method of determining the breakdown machine configuration. The software runs under Windows NT on a full range of Intel multi-
processor systems.

MPM Engineering Ltd. is proud to be a part of the sawmill industry. For many years we have designed control systems for equipment manufacturers, and for upgrading machinery to increase production and yield.

Our design staff are familiar with the daily operations of the sawmill. We bring technical expertise and equipment knowledge to increase throughput and improve the productivity of your sawmill equipment.

Programmable logic control systems: MPM staff are familiar with all major types of programmable controllers. We will design process control systems using a customer's preferred name brand equipment. All systems are made using components produced by nationally known manufactures.
