Date: January 21, 2010, 8:30 am "“ 4:00 pm Location: Canad Inns Polo Park, 1405 St. Matthews Ave MPLAN is pleased to present a one day Trade Essentials Workshop on Thursday, January 21, 2010. In partnership with the Apprenticeship Section of the PEI Department of Innovation and Advanced Learning, we are pleased to host a one day workshop to share results of the Trade Essentials research project and provide an overview of a new suite of tools, now available for thirteen trades. The thirteen trades include Automotive Service Technician, Cabinet Maker, Carpenter, Construction Electrician, Cook, Industrial Electrician, Machinist, Metal Fabricator, Oil Burner Mechanic, Plumber, Refrigeration / Air Conditioning Mechanic, Steamfitter/Pipefitter, Welder. The one day workshop is scheduled from 8:30 am "“ 4 pm on Thursday, January 21st and the presenters could be available on Friday January 22nd for follow up meetings with other groups. These meetings will be on a first come first serve basis. Please email MPLAN at info@mbplar.ca if you are interested in requesting a follow up meeting. The registration fee is $65.00 which includes a light breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks. We anticipate strong interest in this event.
