Ranked 19th on the Fortune 500, Cardinal Health employs more than 40,000 people, develops market leading technologies, manufactures medical and surgical products and is one of the largest distributors of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies worldwide. Over the past few years, Cardinal Health has grown substantially in Canada due to the rising demand for affordable healthcare products. We learned that Cardinal needed to establish a Canadian headquarters and worked with their leadership team to locate them in an office building in Vaughan, Ontario, which had previously been leased to Magna. We responded promptly and positively, committing to them that we could get them into the building on an extremely tight time frame and could construct a 10,000 sq. ft. expansion to accommodate future growth. We delivered the building and the expansion on time and on budget.
