NEW THIS YEAR - OTA's - ORGANIZED TEAM ACTIVITIES In order to get this year off to a running start, the London Silverbacks require all new and returning players to register for, and attend, a series of OTA's beginning at 10:30am on April 24th at the Silverbacks newest affiliate, Wise Athletic Development Academy (WADA), located at 1925 Culver Drive, off Clarke Side Road, between Dundas and Oxford. Saturday April 24th will be spent setting baseline numbers for the standard football measurables. The following 20 days between the 25th of April and the 14th of May, players will have the opportunity to attend up to 4 training sessions led by our partners at WADA. This will culminate in a re-test and final measurable scores. The sessions will target strength, endurance and flexibility training and lay the foundation for a successful 2010 season.
