We are a team of doers so as new ideas come in and develop it will be up to you if selected to sort out how and what we are executing. In many cases, you may be the one executing wireframes, prototypes, and creative concepts for high profile clients. You should have proven experience in taking a product from initial concept, through information architecture, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and highly polished creative concepts as well as being able to pitch all this hard work to clients.

We are a leading, independent digital agency with over 15 years experience in creating digital destinations and the strategies to power them. Passion, creativity and innovation is our DNA. We have no "B" teams. Only Lightmakers.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in digital strategy, design and development in an environment that caters to multiple, concurrent clients (preferably agency).

Lightmaker has worked with The R&A since 2009 to harmonize all the existing R&A content platforms into one single channel as well as cross pollinating article reviews and social networking activity to unify the brand. Our work with The R&A has received numerous awards from bodies including Sitecore (Site of the Year ), IMA , IAB Creative Showcase and the Pixel Awards .

Lightmaker are looking for an experienced Digital Producer / Project Manager who wants to further their career and knowledge in an expanding, fast-paced, innovative and award-winning agency.
