Tim has been a successful Certified Home Inspector with Lighthouse Inspection Canada Limited for 3 years and brings years of experience in renovation and customer service to this position.

Gene Meandro has worked with Lighthouse since its start in 1999 as a senior inspector and trainer. He has extensive background in real estate, construction and renovation which makes him a great asset to the Lighthouse team. He is a Certified Master Inspector, having completed in excess of 6,000 home inspections in his career. Lighthouse seeks to go beyond your expectation for a home inspection.
