Jeff is dedicated to exceeding expectations and is quite inventive in developing unique special promotions, brands, marketing concepts and campaigns. As a passion project, he created and is the event director of an annual charity event called Handemonium – a giant Rock, Paper, Scissors tournament – which has raised over $20,000 in the fight against colon cancer.

Lester Communications is a recognized leader in the contract publishing industry providing unparalleled publishing services for trade associations across North America. Established in 2001, Lester has built a solid track record of enhancing associations’ communication initiatives through the development and execution of high-quality print and digital media products.

In the year 2000, PDCA launched its flagship publication PileDriver , then titled PileDrivers.org to serve as a means of communicating issues and news with its membership of industry professionals, comprised of pile driving contractors, engineers, manufacturers and suppliers. Its inaugural 16-page issue proved to be a necessary voice for the industry. However, the cost to produce the magazine in-house on a quarterly basis was not financially sustainable, so the association needed to consider a more cost-effective solution to provide this key communication tool that had been missing from the market.

Working one-on-one with our clients is incredibly rewarding. The process of helping associations target goals for their publications, working with them to craft content that reflects their vision and being able to deliver a high-quality product that ultimately allows them to succeed and connect with their members keeps me motivated to continually improve and learn.

Having over 16 years of experience in sales, public speaking and marketing, Danny always brings fresh, new and creative ideas to each sales campaign, while also having a hands-on approach to assisting the sales department. In his leisure time, Danny enjoys travelling with his wife, going to NFL games, volunteering and performing stand-up comedy.
