MULCO Incorporated has been a subsidiary of Sico Incorporated since June 11, 1986. But MULCO manufactured additive products for concrete as soon as 1958. MULCO quickly realized that there were better business opportunities in the caulking field. Already in full growth in 1976, MULCO diversified its operations towards the manufacturing of construction adhesive products. Today MULCO employs nearly 60 employees and manufactures, at its Saint-Hubert plant, sealant and adhesive products for the construction and renovation sectors, for both the professional and the handyman. MULCO is Quebec ’s leader in the caulking market. MULCO is known mainly through its SUPRA EXPERT, FLEX INDUSTRIAL and LATEX 9000 brands. In fact, MULCO manufactures over 30 products, all offered in attractive, easy-to-understand packaging, with a merchandising system that simplifies the consumer ’s buying decision. MULCO has led the research for high-technology sealants based on thermoplastics and removable sealant products. With the help of its chemists and technicians, MULCO promotes the development of high-performance environmental products. MULCO supplies more than 3,000 commercial and industrial clients, including the largest buying groups in the hardware and construction material fields.
