For the benefit of Owners our Company would like to summarize, in a general way, the insurance coverage of a Strata Corporation for your reference. As well, we would like to advise Owners of their potential responsibility in the event a) damage is caused and is either not covered by the Corporation's policy as a specific exclusion, b) damage repair costs are below the applicable insurance policy deductible amount and no claim is filed or c) if a claim is filed and an Owner is responsible to reimburse the applicable deductible to the Strata Corporation.

Leonis Management has specialized in residential strata property administration for more than 35 years. We have extensive experience in the management of a very diverse portfolio of buildings from an 8 unit condominium building to very operationally complex high rise buildings to a townhouse community in excess of 450 units with extensive recreational facilities. We feel this to be a strength of our company in that we can accommodate and provide excellent service, accounting and administration to all types of Strata Corporations.

Lynn joined Leonis Management in 2002 and now has over ten years experience in the Strata Property Management business. Lynn has extensive knowledge in many facets of our business including document processing and forms administration. Recently, Lynn has began to focus her efforts on the accounting and administration operations side of our company. Lynn continues to gain valuable experience while providing service to our clients and is instrumental in training and assisting other members of the Leonis Management team and helping them also gain valuable experience.

James Howells joined Leonis Management in 1993 as a Strata Property Agent and has provided sound, consistent service to our client Strata Corporations over his 19 year tenure with our company. James is well respected by our staff and client Strata Corporations for his organizational skills, knowledge and experience in all facets of Strata Corporation administration. James also supports and mentors less senior Strata Property Agents with the Company.

Jamie Stone began her career with Leonis Management in 2007 working on the administration/accounting side of our operation until 2010 when she successfully completed Strata Property Representative licensing requirements and is now a Strata Property Agent. Jamie is currently gaining valuable experience in working with other agents in the office while at the same time beginning to build a portfolio of Strata Corporation clients. As Jamie�s first area of expertise was accounting, she brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding of financial matters to our Strata Corporation clients.
