Matt is responsible for leading the operational implementation of sustainable lean processes within our customer’s supply chains to help them achieve their organizational goals. The scope of these responsibilities ranges from the implementation of total systems thinking and strategy deployment to tactical execution of disciplined Logistics Engineering and Transportation Management services. He is also responsible for the development of world class technology to provide optimal supply chain solutions to our customers and their channel partners.

Tom provides the strategic vision and organizational leadership for LeanCor to be a global supply chain leader. Tom has over 20 years of supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing operations experience with specific areas of expertise in supplying DIY, MRO, Automotive Aftermarket, and Industrial Manufacturers. Tom has worked with companies such as THD, Lowes, Wal-Mart, MSC, Grainger, and others.

Robert has written several lean and supply chain books and articles, most notably the 2013 Shingo Research Award winning book, People: a leader’s day to day guide to building, managing, and sustaining lean organizations (Orloe Group) and the 2011 Shingo Research Award winning workbook, Building a Lean Fulfillment Stream (Lean Enterprise Institute).
