Whether you have short-term overcapacity needs or long-term production requirements, Innovations strives to provide a solution for you. Your production can be facilitated by one or more of our 4 hydraulic presses: 250 Ton, 500 Ton, 1,000 Ton and 2,000 Ton capacities. You will find that Innovations delivers extremely competitive pricing based on our customers' needs that can include the supply of SMC material, components, packaging materials and even tool amortization with in-house built tools.

Our designers are highly experienced with a dedicated interest to the customer's needs and build standards. Committed to continuous improvement, Laval International's highly skilled staff of engineers uses the latest CAD/CAM systems to meet the ever changing needs of its customers. Our customers rely on us for advice in all phases of their molding requirements.

Our engineering department is where it all starts. Although we regularly receive the finished part data from our customer to create or modify the mold, we often find ways to improve molding conditions or reduce mold cost or maintenance through part changes. Often we are called upon to make these changes for our customers in order to reach our build deadlines. We can then forward that changed data in various data formats allowing our customers to keep their files up to date.
