Accessibility Standards for Customer Service . All existing employees, new hires and volunteers receive training on providing care and services to individuals with disabilities.

Help us improve accessibility at LDHC by providing feedback, sharing concerns, ideas or comments about how we provide care and service.

While government grants continue to provide the main source of operating funds for the Health Centre, funding for major capital expenditures are primarily the responsibility of our local community. It is through the generosity of our donors and friends that the Foundation is able to provide funds for specialized equipment and facilities, which would not otherwise be readily available to the hospital and community. We are fortunate that the people of this community have realized that supporting the hospital helps to ensure that it will be there for them and their families, when they need it.

At Lady Dunn Health Centre (LDHC), we are committed to improving access to our facilities, services and care for patients, their families and visitors. Ensuring we provide excellent service to people with disabilities is a priority for the hospital.
