La PГ¢tisserie is now celebrating its 12th year of operations, manufacturing and supplying fresh, innovative cake, pastry, and dessert products to the food and beverage industry. Our products are manufactured to order, and are produced from an extensive assortment of Canadian and imported European commodities. Ingredients include Belgian and French chocolate, fresh cream, sweet butter, fresh seasonal fruits, and fruit purees. All our products are made on a daily basis according to our customer requirements. We refrain from using any preservatives and fillers, and stand firmly behind our mission statement: Our expertise, along with some thirty-five years of baking, permits La PГ¢tisserie to be very flexible and assertive when it comes to product specifics and cost effectiveness with desserts of all kinds without hindrance to the quality. Our clients include numerous private and public golf clubs, fine dining establishments, catering facilities, and fine food shops.
